[Owncloud] OwnCloud german transifex translations

Hello at all,

I'm new at these mailing list.

I'm a translator for german translations on transifex. I've updated the
german translation.
But I see two german translations on transifex. One is fully translated,
one is nearly 98%.

Which one is the right one? Can anyone delete the second german
translation with 98% translation, called de not de_DE.

Second question:
I've seen some big problems with the notes plugin for OwnCloud.

Notes will be showns in the files section und notes can't be deleted in
notes section.
Can anyone fix it?


Afterall I have to say a big thank to all developer of OwnCloud. Nice
work and ver very nice tool.
