[Owncloud] Managing the SYNC TIME in OwnCloud..

Hi Klaas and Danimo,
                                This is Vimit and i have been working as
administrator.
I have recently installed OwnCloud and have a doubt regarding it.
how can i manage the sync time more efficiently, means if i have to
increase or decrease it.
Please help me with this.
