[Owncloud] Problem: ownCloud 5 Beta 2 and IIS on Win 7 and Win2008

It's stupid, but could you please check again, if IUSR really has all 
rights on the apps directory and all subfolders/-files?

And try giving group IIS_IUSRS the same rights.

That's all I had to do.
