[Owncloud] OwnCloud update instructions

Thanks for replying.

I'm sorry; I'm a relatively casual Mac user.

I have no idea what "pull request" is. 

I think I may have asked my request on the wrong List.

I may be mistaken, but the update instructions may be directed at a different class of user.
