[Owncloud] Upgrading from packages

Hey,
Here is some information for you:
http://owncloud.org/support/upgrade/
Please, backup your stuff when you do this. It is very important(I
would recommend taking owncloud down, backing up the files, the
database, and owncloud itself, then you won't lose anything!
