[Owncloud] User data folder names in OC 5

I had this same issues, and I did set the "User Home Folder Naming Rule" 
to uid.  But for some reason the hex UIDS still show up in the data 
folder associated with the user account that contain only cache 
files_external folders.  Is this expected?
