[Owncloud] My owncloud seems to be stuck in maintenance mode

I'm running Owncloud on my xubuntu 12.10 system, after the last update
via the automatic updates it seems to have got stuck in maintenance
mode.  It's updated to version 5.0.5.

When I try and open it with Firefox I just get:-

    ownCloud is in maintenance mode

How do I get it out of maintenance mode?
