[Owncloud] Upload limit set to 513Mb

Hi Martin,

iirc the limit in the webgui should change the htaccess file, so it 
should be the same. 5GB does not work. Because of an integer overflow it 
will be seen as a limit of 1GB. The best value is 4GB as I said.
