[Owncloud] bugtracker situation

Maby launchpad.net could be an option?

Its open source, and works nice.
The bugtracker is much more advanced than the GitHub bugtracker, which 
doesn't contain alot of functionality.
Surely for a bigger project (like ownCloud) I think GitHub will be to 
simple as a full bugtracker.

A project can be created totally free on launchpad, and you can even 
have the code there.

Maby its worth a look?
