Thanks for the suggestion.
launchpad has some benefits, github has other and gitourious and others too.

I´m sorry to say but it is a bit too late for now. We have the discussion about gitourious.org/github.org/buggenie now for close to a year. The result is what we have today.

If we are unhappy with github in the future than launchpad is probably one of the options. But I don´t have a lot of motivation to move again and I would rather concentrate now on making ownCloud a kick ass software. :-)
