[Owncloud] 4.5 RC2 Win7x64

RC2 in latest Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7 x64/ IIS7.5/PHP 5.3.17

Please see attached screenshot.

Appears to be (visually) completely broken. Is anyone else seeing the 
same on Windows?
