[Owncloud] 4.5 RC2 Win7x64

This is strange.

Which webserver do you use?
Could you try if it works with port 80 instead of 8080

Could you check if there is something in the Webserver error log?
Could you do a "view sourcecode" in the browser and click on one of the style/css links in the header. What do you see then?
