[Owncloud] Rescan Pictures with a cronjob task

How can we do a curl / wget on any page of owncloud
I think that if we try to use a basic auth, we will keep beeing
redirect to the default page (OC_Util::redirectToDefaultPage in
index.php Line 112)

Is it what we want?
