Nginx doesn't have PATH_INFO enabled by default and PHP_SELF is not
generated. Had to add these lines to my nginx config for OC and now OC
looks like it should.

	fastcgi_param  PATH_INFO          $fastcgi_path_info;
	fastcgi_param  PATH_TRANSLATED    $document_root$fastcgi_path_info;
