[Owncloud] annotation feature

Hi,
while coding the feed aggregator, the following idea popped up.

It would be cool if the user could write and save annotations related to
the feeds he reads.
I believe this idea can be generalized and an annotation system could be
implemented as a core feature of owncloud so that other apps can use it too.
This is also one of features promised by Nepomuk (
http://www.semanticdesktop.org/ontologies/nao/) for KDE, but I don't know
how further it was implemented there.
What do you think?
