[Owncloud] Problem with installing owncloud

Hi everyone,

I am getting this error:
*apps directory not found! Please put the ownCloud apps folder in the
ownCloud folder or the folder above. You can also configure the location in
the config.php file.*

when I try to accces owncloud (for the first time, on a Microsoft Windows
Server 2003) via localhost/owncloud

Has anyone encountered something similar?
