[Owncloud] WHMCS/HostBill Plugin

Hello,

Am just wondering if there is an existing or, potential coding, for a 
WHMCS/HostBill plugin allowance (API access?) to auto-create accounts 
based on certain permissions/storage size?

term "WHMCS", "hostbill" returns no results on the forum.
