[Owncloud] ownCloud issues

Hi!

It is possible to use the GitHub API to create Issues:
http://developer.github.com/v3/issues/#create-an-issue

Maybe a stupid question:
Is it possible to provide a form on owncloud.org which uses a generic user to access GitHub from server-side to create Issues?
