[Owncloud] ownCloud Mailing List for developers

Whats wrong with stronger emphasizing the forum? You have to search for
the forum link on http://owncloud.org/ the way it is now and I think if
we put it into the main navigation, users will first check the forum.
There other users can answer the questions.

For people who want to track the developement, the mailing list is fine
i guess.
