Oops, remnants! Not supposed to be so. Gonna fix this.

Really strange. On the admin page no LDAP connection is being used, 
(unless you signed in via LDAP and then even not necessarily).

In the end, the same methods are being used. The password is not being 
modified.

I will try some more tests tomorrow, also on a fresh install.
