[Owncloud] sync client - In your face vs silent start

Each time I start my computer I get a big Owncloud splash screen and a message that now we are syncing. Thats quite invasive and annoying - my mind should not always be on owncloud even though it might be running.
The most elegant services are the ones you don't notice unless you need them.

My suggestions:

  * Remove the splash - The program starts quickly enough and might not even be started by intent since it's supposed to work like a daemon.
  * Tell us if a new file was synced into the folder, but not that syncing started.
