[Owncloud] Notice concerning use of KDE Infrastructure and move to Gitorious

Hi Owncloud team,

It has come to my attention that you are moving to Gitorious.

As you were previously warned in a comment to one of your developers
in a sysadmin bug report ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278962
) your ability to use certain areas of kde.org infrastructure is
dependent upon your use of KDE Git infrastructure.
