[Owncloud] Notice concerning use of KDE Infrastructure and move to Gitorious

Hi Ben,

thats true.
After several month of discussions in the ownCloud team we decided to move to gitorious as our main git repo.
The reason is that we want to outreach to more web developer which are not registered kde devlelopers.

We are still a KDE project but out git repo is hosted independently.
This mean that we do the administration on our own of course.
