[okular] [Bug 519465] 'Contents' tab is in the sidebar for some pdf files but not others. Even when they all have headings. Why?

I am not convinced it is resolved! Here's what I have done.
First I like the contents tab, I use it fairly often.
1) I installed doc viewer from the gnome people. Same result. Looks and feels
functionally very much like Okular, I am assuming nothing about common code.
2) Purge my version of Libreoffice and using the archives installed version
25.8.4.2, archived on Dec 12 2025. Same result. The Dec version should have
been sound.
3) Previously I said my last working pdf file was produced Feb 2 2026, I will
upload a pdf file dated Apr 15 2026 and it works fine. There is content. I
know what you are saying, if it doesn't have content, it doesn't have content.
I agree, but I am giving you the source files as well.
4) I am going to sit quiet on this until I have updated kubuntu, not sure why
the hold up.
5) At this stage it feels like it could be a 3rd party library, but I really
don't know. It's not Okular based on the Gnome product, and it's not
Libreoffice based on an archived version.
Once I have an updated Kubuntu I will contact Libreoffice if the issue remains.
