SUMMARY
I am going to attach two files, one is a cut down version of the orig file, the
other I have changed one of the headings to a different category; eg from h4 to
h2, using Libreoffice and saved both as a pdf.  OK I am unable to do what I
have just said without supplying the complete file; make to many changes to the
content not the headers and in Okular there is no 'Contents' tab in the
sidebar. I am beginning to feel it's more Libreoffce but it's happening in
Okular.  Why can't the 'Contents' tab appear?
I should note that I am able to make some changes to an odt file and save as
pdf file and Contents is there.  Please also note that Contents appears with
some files but not others, all are docs with headers.

I have to start somewhere, the problem happens in Okular.  It may not be there,
it could be Libreoffice.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to see Sidebar 'Contents' at all time. Thumbnails to me are a
waste.
