I support doing it in Qt5 if you think that is better in the long run (and in that case I withdraw this review request).

Unfortunately it cannot be me who implements that in Qt5.  My Qt skills are non-existent, and my time constraints don't allow me to learn it.

However, I'd be happy to send some sort of donation or a box of the famous Aachen chocolate to whoever implements it properly.
