You can do this using vnc-reflector.

Sound is not supported and transmitting video is not really recommended...

If someone really wants to do record a talk, get a DV cam. In germany you can 
rent them for 10-30 EUR per day. But doing it right is _a_lot_ of work (and 
you should prepare to spent much more money for things like lighting).
