transport and arrival dates

The event starts August 22th with the KDE e.V. meeting, where we expect up to 
60 people. The accomodation is available from 21st.

The reasoning for the dates of the tour bus was, that up to 60 people need to 
arrive 21st anyways, so we better took the early date. 
The conference is over on sunday evening, but still people probably are 
interested in having meetings with people they are working together with. 
Therefore we chose tuesday for travelling back. People can meet on monday or 
do a touristic visit before travelling back.

I suggest to your questions to the common webform, then we have it all in one 
place and people don't get confused.
