transport and arrival dates

Hi to all, 
 
just to clarify a few things regarding the transport from the airports to Nove 
Hrady. Except the bus from Frankfurt, which has a fixed timetable, as already 
wrote Eva, everything is open and the registration is meant this way, that 
everybody should fill out arrivel and departure time and date, as it is 
comfortable for him. After registration of all participants is finished, we 
(that means the academic and university center and the guys from SUSE, I jope 
Lukas Tinkl agrees with me) will do our best to get you from the airport to 
Nove Hrady and back. Certainly we will not leave anybody lost in Prague. If 
there will arrive smaller groups at an unusual time, we can even pick them up 
with our mini-bus.  
 
So, please fill out the registration form as it is comfortable for you, the 
worst that will happen is, that you might need to wait a few hours in one of 
the most beautiful cities of the world :-) 
 
 
After registration will be finished, everybody will get contacted in time with 
the excat instructions for traveling. If you want to change arrival and 
departure date, this will be possible until the end of the registration, that 
means 29th July by sending an email to kastle at greentech.cz. Do not forget to 
add your registration number to the email.  
 
Further: There were questions regarding the accomodation: 
In the castle accomodation is in student hostel style, double or three-bed 
rooms with simple furniture, bed, table. Shower and Toilets are on each floor. 
Also there is a small kitchen with the possiblility to prepare tea and small 
food. In the monastry there are mostly double rooms and two five-bed rooms, 
but it is more stylish and as it is a monastry still in function, it has the 
right monastry atmosphere. Showers and toilets are also on the floor. 
The monastry is 200 meters away from the castle. 
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is for all in the Refektarium of the monastry. 
 
Important! KDE e.V. has reserved the guestrooms in the castle (25 persons) for 
invited guests and speakers. This are small appartments with own kitchen, 
toilet and shower. If you belong to this group, please remark this on your 
registration to exclude a double reservation of the accomodation. 
 
I hope that all questions regarding the registration are now clarified.
