No. The E/Czech socket has a pin preventing that (http://kropla.com/!e.htm).
You may have success with an ungrounded German/Europe plug of type C.

Now that there are two lists, what's the difference besides that to one people
have to subscribe themselves and are automatically subscribed to the other?
