Well, most Schuko's here in Austria have the additional (grounded) hole for 
the pin, so they are supposed to work. 
It seems that while we have type F receptacles, we mostly have type C + F 
plugs (with both the grounded hole for the pin of type C as well as the 
grounded contacts at the outside like in type F).

I checked all the Schuko plugs I could find, and all of them had the hole for 
the pin, so I guess most German/Austrian Schukos will also work in N7Y.
