Build fails due to gpg errors

Several builds are failing due to faailed gpg mangle bits, so debugging
locally..

gpg: BAD signature from "Albert Astals Cid <aacid at kde.org>" [full]


But I have Albert verified on my machine and the key id matches.. Any gpg
gurus out there that
might shed some light on this, as the ci seems to agree with my machine
that it is a bad sig.
