Kscreenlocker Bug Fixed, Maybe Patch Package?

Hi,

That seems to be a package from artful's universe repo, and looking at the
diff of that package, it's the same as just applying the diff generated by
phabricator on kde's end of things. I have already tested patching the
package straight from the neon repo's, so I don't see how this test would
be helpful. But yes, testing out the package from here,
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/artful/arm64/libkscreenlocker5/5.10.5.1-0ubuntu1
, the problem is also fixed.
