Ministro II v8.9.2 uploaded to Android & Amazon markets

Our Qt apps don't look for ministro in a specific store.  They fire off an 
intent to the android OS with a market uri 
 ("market://search?q=pname:org.kde.necessitas.ministro").  The OS 
determines how to handle that request.  On a stock nexus device, it would 
start the play store app, and on the amazon tablet, it would go off to 
their version of the app store.
