Hi Ashish,
The ultimate aim would be that the tiles would get downloaded from a remote
server automatically (like we do with the bitmap tiles right now).
This would be done by extending our existing framework for downloading data on
the fly.
During the project you might start off by dealing with the local case first
and then extend upon that.
