Andrews,
   You can get most of the channels using europe-east or europe-west in the 
frequency list. You also have to select PAL. If you want to get all channels, 
use the manual tuning with frequency range 40MHz to 600MHz with a frequency 
stepping of 1MHz. On strong channels, you will get mutiple locks of same 
channel (Eg: Start world) on multiple frequencies with this method. Ignore 
the ones which are not of good strength. This will take some time but you 
will get all the channels. Do save these channels in a file so that you don't 
have to redo everything.
   In Bangalore atleast, the amplifiers used are bad and you will see channels 
at high frequencies have lot of noise and some may not even lock. Most of the 
PCI cards cannot amplify the signal properly.
