[Kwintv] Setting up kwintv in Germany under suse10

I am on analog cable here..

- problem at the moment is just that when switching channels - nothing
happens. It stays on CNN Intnl all the time... i did a chanel scan and
it seemed to list them all - but switching between the channels does not
work.

I will look at kaffeen.
