[Kwintv] Setting up kwintv in Germany under suse10

I saw that a while ago myself and it related to not having configured the
tuner to the correct number.  To figure out which tuner I had, I had to
remove the card vender's lable from the large tuner package on the WinTV
card.  I'm a SuSE user and YaST was my configuration tool.
