It' s more difficult. kdetv will only work if your tv is analogue cable or sat
tv with an external set top box.
Antenna tv is completly digital (DVB-T), satellite tv is mainly digital
(DVB-S) and cable tv is already goint to DVB-C.
So, first check if you have DVB-[TSC]. THen you have to choose another
program. In this case, a good choice would be to use klear or kaffeine.

I f you still need kdetv. I would be of no big help, because i haven't use it
for approximately on year.
