I have exactly the same problem. From googling, I got the impression that the 
driver module (saa7134) had been substantially changed for the 2.6.11 kernel, 
so I tried upgrading to Suse9.3. Unfortunately I have so many issues with 
that release that I've had to revert to 9.2 (2.6.8 kernel). I hope to have 
another try within the next week or so; I will report back.
