[Kwintv] OpenGL display mode

Sorry, it crashes on me sometimes, and others says it has given up trying to 
grab the display.

I get lots of:
ASSERT: "_init" in kdetv/kvideoio/qvideostream.cpp (584)

Im using mdk 10 with kde from cvs head and the binary nvidia drivers if that 
helps.

If you need an more info just let me know
