[Kwintv] Get only black/white picture from a Camcorder source

Hello,

I just get kdetv to work, but I only get a black / white picture from a 
camcorder source. I connect the camcorder via the A/V out connector to a 
smartTV (hercules) bt878 card. 

any suggestions?
