[Kwintv] OpenGL display mode

I just committed a new display mode: OpenGL. Shamelessly copied from 
xawtv/motv ;-). I'd like you to try it out (new snapshot is also available) 
and tell me if it performs well. It should only be enabled on platforms with 
hardware OpenGL acceleration. Go to the V4L plugin config dialog to enable 
it. I can't get my ATI Radeon drivers to work (XServer does not show an 
image) so I can only test it unaccelerated which is, ummm..., unsatisfactory.
