I've reported something similar last week. I even see that frames are
skipped while watching the TV, although here the CPU usage (in
non-fullscreen mode) is a little lower and the X/qtvision ratio is not
exactly the same (w. shared memory 7% / 12 %, without shared memory 13% /
11 %). Using Athlon XP 2000+, nvidia driver with Geforce2MX400.
