[Kwintv] Audio/Video API

CPU load really is an issue because now the image 'stops' every x 
seconds with me (although I have an AMD XP 1500+). Running top shows an 
average of 20-30% load for X in fullscreen (upscaling)...

It's already working pretty good, so I'd say: keep up the good work :)
