[Kwintv] Plugin access to the UI

I added plugin access to the UI tonight.  For those who wanted it, please give 
it a try.  It is only supported on the mainwindow client presently, but other 
clients can easily add support. (all of two lines of code to set the values 
in the driver)

To access it, call driver()->guiFactory() or driver()->actionCollection().  Be 
sure to test for 0L!  They can return 0L if the respective class is not 
available.
