Well it doesn't make sense. It is in my path. And I installed it the exact same way I did the first time. And the first time before I clicked on the video desktop it worked. After I uninstalled it the first time to reinstall it I removed the config files in /home/.kde/apps/qtvision. I installed the rpm for Mandrake, it also shows no device.
