[Kwintv] Package name - kwintv or qtvision?

  Please do not package it yet.  It's not stable.  (At least 
kdenonbeta/kwintv3/ is not.  kdenonbeta/kwintv can be coaxed into working 
still I think.  That one is definitely called kwintv.)
