Verify that you have the "load v4l" line in your "module" section of=20
/etc/X11/XF86conf-4.  Or XF86conf if you don't have a module section of=20
XF86conf-4.

I have a TV-Wonder-VE as well, and Redhat didn't set it up correctly, weh=
n I=20
was running redhat...

In your /etc/modules.conf try the following line:

options bttv card=3D64 tuner=3D17

bttv defaults to tuner=3D2 for TV-wonder-ve.  I don't know when, if ever =
ATI=20
actually used that tuner, but they used a Phillips tuner in my system.
