[Kwintv] Bug#38076: sound plays first time on screen lost after

OS:                Linux (i586) release 2.4.10-4GB
OS/Compiler notes: 

Kwintv first install, work perfectly. Shutting down the app and restarting: it has no sound.  Restarting KDE does not refresh links to sound card. Rebooting will bring sound back to Kwintv.  Shut it down, run it again - no sound
